ROXBOROUGH, PHILADELPHIA — Philadelphia Police are asking for help finding a missing man who was last seen in Roxborough.
According to police, Martin Smith, 69, was last seen at about 11 a.m. March 4 at his home on the 7300 block of Ridge Avenue.
Smith is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 170 pounds. He has a medium build, brown eyes, and black hair.
