The Social Security Administration released its list of most popular baby names on Friday.

Again in 2014, Noah was the most popular name for boys in the country, but there was a change at the top for girls — Emma moved up from the No. 2 spot in 2013 to claim No. 1 in 2014.
In Pennsylvania, Mason was the top boys name. Emma topped the state list for girls.

Lots of organizations release lists of top names, but the Social Security Administration data are basedon ”a 100% sample of our records on Social Security card applications as of the end of February 2015.”
