Falcons Win Colonial League Baseball Title Again
Salisbury boys defeated rival Southern Lehigh to win another Colonial League baseball championship.
Justin Aungst pitched a two-hit shutout to send top-ranked Salisbury High School's baseball team to a 6-0 victory over Southern Lehigh for another Colonial League championship Thursday night at Limeport Stadium.
Aungst also hit a home run in the game, according to a Morning Call report.
Salisbury outscored its Colonial League opponents 140-23 this season, according to a WFMZ report.

The Falcons have won three Colonial League titles in the last five years.

- Senior pitcher Nicolas Ampietro
- Senior third baseman Tyler Cooperman
- Junior shortstop Justin Aungst
- Junior outfielder Brad Vangeli
Nic Ampietro is also the Colonial League south MVP for the season.
Salisbury won its 11th Colonial League championship title last year.
In 2011, the Falcons made history by becoming the school's first team to compete for a state title in any sport.
