Second hit-and-run reported by South Whitehall Police this month.
South Whitehall Police are investigating a hit and run that happened on the 3200 block of Hamilton Boulevard at 10:41 a.m. Oct. 5.
Police report a turquoise GEO hit and damaged another car and left the scene.
