Man Found Dead In Delco Creek Monday

SPRINGFIELD, PA — A man's body was found Monday in a Delaware County creek, authorities said.

According to Springfield Township Police, officers were called to a creek near train tracks on Thomson Avenue at about 4:30 p.m. Monday for a report of a body in the water.

There, officers found a dead man.

While police said the man's cause of death is being investigated, the death does not appear to be suspicious.

His identity was not released.
