Tredyffrin Township's Public Works Director puts out a call for help with caring for garden areas in public parks.

Tredyffrin Township's Public Works Director is putting out a call for volunteer help to keep the township's parks beautiful.
He says the township is trying to cut down expenses while still keep park land beautiful. As costs grow the need to find ways to save money also grows. That's why the township is asking for any garden clubs or organization that are wiliing, interested and able to adopt parts of the township's parks.
Scott Cannon made the appeal during during a report on his department's operating plans at Monday's meeting of the Tredyffrin Township Board of Supervisor's meeting.

Cannon says the township would love to hear from interested groups wililng to help with graden areas in the parks, whether it be a small garden or a larger area. You can see a list of all the township's parks here on the Tredyffrin Township website.
