Conestoga Postpones Saturday's SATs

The SAT exams will be rescheduled due to the impending snow and ice storm.

Conestoga High School has postponed Saturday’s scheduled SAT exams due to the impending snow and ice storm.

The SAT makeup date has yet to be determined, the College Board said.

A winter storm is expected to drop between 3 and 5 inches of snow on Chester County overnight Friday into Saturday. The storm will start late enough that there should be no trouble with the evening commute, the National Weather Service said.

According to forecasters, the snow will begin after 9 p.m. Friday, with the bulk of the snow falling after 11 p.m. The snow will change to rain early Saturday morning and about a tenth of an inch of ice is likely.
