Devon Church to Toll Bell at 9:30 a.m. Friday

The bell at St. John's Presbyterian Church in Devon will be tolled at 9:30 Friday morning to honor the 26 victims of the Connecticut school shooting massacre.

Church member John Alexander contacted Patch earlier this week about his plan to ring the chruch bell. "I was traumatized by the loss of twenty darling six year-old Angels and six heroic educators at 9:30a.m. last Friday, December 14, 2012 in Newtown,  Connecticut." Alexander wrote in an email to Patch.

Patch sites, including TE Patch, will take place in a national moment of silence/website temporary blackout at 9:30 a.m. to honor those who died in the Connecticut school shooting massacre last Friday morning at 9:30.
