Drunken Driving Arrests In January: Tredyffrin Police
Ten suspects were charged with drunken driving and or driving under the influence of illegal drugs in Tredyffrin Township in January.
TREDYFFRIN, PA — Ten suspects were charged in January with drunken driving and/or driving under the influence of illegal drugs in Tredyffrin Township.
The legal limit to operate a motor vehicle in Pennsylvania is 0.08%. Individuals who refuse a test may be subjected to a license suspension of 12 months, which runs consecutively with any other suspensions.
The suspension will be 18 months if the driver has a prior refusal suspension, a prior driving under the influence conviction, or any similar prior offense.
- Denise Cicchino, 69, West Chester: blood-alcohol content of .151 percent and Alprazolam.
- Stephen Howitz, 53, Skippack: blood-alcohol content of 148 percent
- Mehdi Barkat, 38, Wayne: blood-alcohol content of .192 percent and THC.]
- Tyler Schlauch, 18, Douglassville: blood-alcohol content of .091 percent.
- Jermayne Davis, 28, Philadelphia: THC.
- Charles Feeney, 25, Pottstown: blood-alcohol content of .279 percent.
- Lorenzo Perez-Lezma, 44, Toms River, N.J.: blood-alcohol content of .143 percent
- Raymond Benner, 42, Narberth: blood-alcohol content of .171 percent
- Christopher Waterman, 31, Wayne: refused to test.
- Kyle Eckel, 41, Newtown Square: refused to test after a motor vehicle crash.
