Earth Day Celebration Set At Upper Main Line YMCA
State Sen. Carolyn Comitta invites the public to celebrate our Earth on April 22.
BERWYN, PA —State Sen. Carolyn Comitta invites the community to celebrate Earth Day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 22 at the Upper Main Line YMCA, 1416 Berwyn Paoli Road.
The celebration includes exhibits and interactive environmental presentations for people of all ages.
Guests are invited to explore the animals of the Y’s nature center, 20 acres of woodlands and the Cassatt Preserve.

“Our Earth is a place we can all call home,” Comitta said. It’s something we share and something we have in common.”
Earth Day is celebrated to raise awareness of environmental issues. Communities participate in picking up litter, planting trees, and learning more about the environment.
