Easttown Police Investigate Bizarre Thefts
Are you missing a garden hose, pitch fork, rake or other yard items?

Easttown Police are investigating a bizzare case of yard item thefts on Rock Creek Circle and apparently other homes in the general area of the Upper Main Line YMCA.
According to Easttown Police, a man reported seeing a woman taking a bunch of items from his lawn and putting them in a sedan about ten days ago.
The next day a resident of the 200 block of Winthrop Road, less than a mile away, reported someone had dumped "a bunch of lawn stuff" on his front lawn. The items included plants, planters and a yard gnome.

Police say the items dumped on the lawn came from at least two separate yards. Easttown Detectives are asking anyone in the area who may be missing a garden hose, rake, or pitch fork to contact them.
Police say they have information that is helping them close in on a suspect described as a woman in her late 30's or early 40's.
