Easttown Seeks Volunteer For Recreation Board
The volunteer will help inform the board of supervisors on plans to improve, maintain and operate local parks and facilities.
EASTTOWN, PA - Easttown Township is seeking a volunteer for a vacant spot on its Parks and Recreation Board, officials said.
The board, which serves as an advisory body to the department, will make recommendations to the Board of Supervisors on plans for the acquisition, construction, improvement, maintenance, equipping, operation, financing, and regulation of Township recreation facilities, Easttown officials said in a notice.
Facilities include, but are not limited to, parks, trails, playgrounds and playfields.
Interested candidates must be residents of Easttown and have availability on the evenings of the third Tuesday of each month.

Once the volunteer is appointed by the Board of Supervisors, the term expires on Dec. 31, 2025.
Applicants are asked to submit a resume and letter of interest to Don Curley, Township Manager, at dcurley@easttown.org.
