Organizers say Friday's Summer Breeze fundraiser will help insure there's enough funding to stage the event on October 6, which is free and open to all. It will also help the Blues Fest meet the requirements of a $10,000 Chester County Convention and Visitors Bureau matching challenge grant that will be used to pay for event publicity.
