Tredyffrin Police are investigating the theft of a handgun from a car parked in Paoli.
Police say a man had just gone into his job on East Central Avenue in Paoli when a witness saw two men in the area of the victim's car. Police were called to the scene at about 4:45 p.m. on Monday.
When the owner of the vehicle returned to his car after a few minutes the gun was missing. A witness reported seeing two unknown men in the area of the vehicle.

Police did not release specifics of the suspects or the missing handgun. The case is under investigation.
