Come Celebrate TE Patch's 1st Birthday on Sat

It's hard to believe that just over a year has flown by since we launched TE Patch in May 2011. It was a Monday in May in the front lobby of The Upper Main Line YMCA.

Since then, so many wonderful people, community organizations, and businesses have embraced our mission to be the go-to place on the web for everything about Tredyffrin and Easttown.

In an effort to say "thank you" to this amazing community TE Patch, with the help of our friends at the Berwyn Fire Company is hosting a:

Non-Profit Expo this Saturday, June 23 from 10 a.m.- 1 p.m. at the

Community organizations including T&E Care, FLITE, Berwyn Veterans, Tredyffrin Township Police, Berwyn Fire Company will be represented with information about services they offer and opportunities to pitch in and help. We'll also have some delicious goodies from local small businesses with a heart for TE, including Sweet Jazmines Pastry Shop.

TE Patch Editor Bob Byrne and other Patchers will also be there to show you, your organization, or local small business how Patch can help you spread the word about your event, accomplishment, business or need.

We hope you'll come by and say hi. Bring the kids-they can get a tour of the fire trucks from dedicated volunteers of the Berwyn Fire Company.

If you'd like to have your non-profit organization take part, there's still time to get in on the fun.

We've also got room for local restauranteurs or food vendors who would like to offer samples in return for some free publicity during the event.
