iThefts Have Police Looking for Eyewitnesses

Crime victims left without their expensive Apple devices in two Tredyffrin iThefts.

Tredyffrin police are investigating two separate thefts of popular "iDevices".

In the first case a a shopper was had an iPad taken from a shelf inside a store in the 700 block of Lancaster Ave. in Strafford. Police say the victim had set the iPad on a shelf in order to look at merchandise. The crime was reported shortly after 2 p.m. on June 19. Police says the stolen iPad is worth about $450.

In the second case Tredyffrin Police say an iPhone was stolen from a restaurant counter on Lancaster Avenue in Paoli. According to police, the iPhone was being used to play music for the restaurant's customers when it was taken from the counter shortly before 11 p.m. last Friday night (June 22).
