Police in both townships are investigating jewelry thefts.

Police in Easttown and in Tredyffrin Townships are looking for susptects in two separate cases of burglaries involving jewlery thefts.
Easttown Township
Easttown police are investigating a burglary in the 200 block of Lenape Drive in Devon that was reported on August 19.

According to police the homeowner returned after being away for two weeks to discover jewelry and collectible coins missing from the home. The value of the jewelry was reported to be about $3,000.
Tredyffrin Township

200 block of Anthony Wayne Drive in Wayne. Police responded to a call about a burglary back on August 21 shortly before 8 p.m.. According to Tredyffrin Township Police, the victim stated that an unknown suspect went into the master bedroom and removed a pillow case from the bed. A jewelry box that was on the dresser was also missing.
Several other valuables were left untouched. The value of the missing jewelry is unknown at this time. The case was sent to the Detective Division for further investigation.
