According to police:
- Wilson approached a victim on Sunday in Devon and engaged in casual conversation.
- Wilson then asked the woman to give him her phone to connect with her on social media, but instead, while he had the phone, Wilson accessed personal images and videos on the victim’s cell phone and sent them to himself via text message.
- Wilson is also charged for a similar incident in January in the King of Prussia Mall, Upper Merion.
Police said that they believe there may be other victims Wilson tricked into obtaining their phone images under similar circumstances who may be unaware these offenses occurred or unwilling to report them due to the sensitive nature of the complaint.
