New Details in Death on Paoli - T'dale Tracks
The train's engineer is quoted as saying he saw the woman on the tracks only seconds before the impact.
Police in Chester County and the Chester County Coroner are continuing to investigate the death of a woman who was struck and killed by a SEPTA Paoli-Thorndale Regional Rail train just after 4:30 a.m. Wednesday morning.
