Office Building Proposed for Swedesford Site

A real estate firm wants to repeat the success of a similar, nearby property with a 240,000 square-foot office building.

The success of a commercial office building on Swedesford Road has been lucrative enough to convince the owners to try it again a few hundred feet up the road.

According to the Philadelphia Business Journal, the Davis Cos. of Boston and Hayden Maguire Real Estate Fund of West Conshohocken are planning to develop a 10-acre commercial plot of land on Swedesford Road in Tredyffrin into a new, 240,000 square-foot office building.

The five-story building, dubbed Crosspoints2, will be minutes away from the partnership’s previous endeavor, Crosspoints. The report says that leases for the $30 million Crosspoints project’s office space were sold off quickly, giving the firms a framework of success for Crosspoints2.
