Paoli's Newest Eatery Expected to Open Soon

A popular local cafe chain is on track for a big opening in July.

From custard shop to breakfast stop, the newest is expected to open soon inside the former Jake's Custard location on Lancaster Ave. in Paoli.

A spokeswoman for the Paoli VIllage Shoppes says the new cafe will have seating for 50 and is expected to open by mid-July. when the lease was signed for the new cafe.

This will be the eighth Nudy's Cafe location, which includes seven restaurants in Chester County. The family-owned chain is .

The Nudy's sign has been up on Lancaster Avenue for more than a month now, and a official say work has been moving forward inside teh restaurant which is expected to open its doors within the next few weeks.
