Police: Burglary Attempt in Berwyn

Tredyffrin Township Police are investigating an attempted burglary in Berwyn.

Around 9:15 p.m. Jan. 31, police were dispatched to a home on the 800 block of Heatherstone Drive in Berwyn.

The homeowners reported to police that they heard a loud crash and saw someone trying to through a window. The homeowner confronted the would-be burglar, who fled, police said.

The would-be burglar did not gain entry to the home, and nothing was taken, police said.

The incident remains under investigation.
