Police Log: Police Arrest Suspects On Robbery And Theft Charges
A suspect was charged with throwing trash in a road rage incident.

TREDYFFRIN, PA —A 39-year-old Chadds Ford man was arrested on charges of scattering trash on streets in Wayne during a road rage incident.
Joseph Ward is free on nominal bail awaiting a preliminary hearing on charges of propulsion of missiles into the roadway and related charges.

- Robbery: Yvette Chapman, 49 of Philadelphia, is in Chester County Prison in lieu of $25,000 on charges of robbery of a vehicle in a shopping center of the Wayne section of Tredyffrin Township. She was charged on March 31 charged with the robbery of a motor vehicle, theft, and related charges.
- Retail theft: Michelle Hess, 53, and Michael Hess, 52, both of Chadds Ford, Delaware County, were arrested on Feb. 28 on charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property after an investigation revealed that the couple stole merchandise from a retail establishment located in the Wayne section of Tredyffrin Township.
Warrant issued
- Wallet thefts: A warrant was issued on Feb. 28 for Angelique Keitt, 33, of Philadelphia, on charges of stealing wallets from three victims in two retail establishments in the Wayne section of the Tredyffrin Township. Police said Keitt later used the victim’s credit cards to make fraudulent purchases. She is charged with unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, and access device fraud.

- Morgan Hill, 28 of Plymouth Meeting was taken into custody on March 3 by Upper Merion police for an outstanding criminal warrant held by Tredyffrin police. She is charged with making terrorist threats.
- Jabriel Flowers, 19 of Upper Darby, PA was taken into custody on March 7 by state police for an outstanding criminal warrant held by Tredyffrin police. She is free on $15,000 bail on charges of theft and forgery.
