Police: Please Lock Your Cars
There have been a number of thefts from vehicles, police say, and unlocked cars are easy targets.

Tredyffrin Township Police are urging residents to lock their cars.
Police say there have been a number of thefts from vehicles in the township, and “unlocked vehicles are an easy target.”
“Police urge residents to lock their vehicles at all times, even while parked in private driveways,” Tredyffrin Police said. Additionally, police advise against leaving valuables in your car.

On Jan. 12, police said, multiple homeowners on Park Avenue, Lisa Drive, Fennertown Road and Biddle Road in Paoli reported that their vehicles had been entered. All the vehicles had been left unlocked in driveways, police said.
Among the items stolen from the vehicles were cash, loose change, sunglasses, gift cards and a car charger.

The cases are under investigation.
Police ask that residents report any suspicious activity, “especially during the evening and overnight hours.”
