Police Say Man Was Drunk at the Pump in Paoli

Tredyffrin Township Police cite a Phoenixville man at the 7-11.

Tredyffrin Township Police have cited a Phoenixville man for public drunkeness after an unusual incident at the 7-11 in Paoli.

According to police, an officer on patrol in the 1800 block of Lancaster Ave. around 3:30 a.m. last Friday, May 25 saw a man asleep in his car with the car door open at the gas pumps.

Police say that when  "contacted, a strong odor of alcohol was detected on his breath. Mark Fischer, 57, of Phoenixville PA was then cited for public drunkenness."
