Readers Pick Favorite TE Attraction

A national treasure turns out to be a local favorite too.

is not only a national treasure, it's now a Readers' Choice for best local attractions in TE.

After five days of voting the park is this week's Readers' Choice 2012 winner for the best local attraction when you have guests to entertain.

This is a great time of year to visit the place where Washington's troops spent the brutal winter of 1777-78 during the revolutionary war. The park has something going on virtually every day of the year and a comprehensive Valley Forge National Historical Parks events calendar is available on line.
