Sunday, July 22

Karakung Kids Triathlon, start time 8:30 a.m., "a triathlon for kids ages 7 to 14 featuring a 50 to 100 meter pool swim, 1 to 1.7 miles on the bike, and a 1/2 mile run," Havertown, $28-$33

Monday, July 23

Fairway 5k and 10k Race, start time 9 a.m., Run or walk on golf course, Whitford Country Club, Exton, $5-$25

Sunday, July 29

Marsh Creek Raptor Race, start time 9 a.m., 5- and 10-mile trail runs, Marsh Creek State Park, Downingtown, $25-$30
