Services Held for Route 202 Crash Victim

The 25-year-old Berwyn woman killed in a Friday morning crash on Southbound 202 was remembered during services Tuesday morning.

A memorial service was held Tuesday morning to remember 25-year-old . McGuire was killed early Friday morning when the car she was driving collided with a box truck on Southbound U.S. 202 near the Route 30 exit in West Whiteland Township.

A death notice appears on Philly.com for the Conestoga High School graduate,  who attended Cabrini College and worked at the Upper Main Line YMCA.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation. West Whiteland Police have put out a call for witnesses who might be able to shed light on exactly what happened when McGuire's VW Passat collided with a box truck shortly before 1 a.m. Friday. The VW was mangled in the crash. The driver of the box truck was treated and released Friday at Paoli Hospital. The highway was closed down for about 10 hours Friday morning as crash scene investigators gathered information on the scene.
