It appears that someone with red and white paint wants to give drivers turning on to West Valley Road from Walker Road something to smile about.
The Do Not Enter sign has been replaced by a hand-painted smiley face over the Do Not Enter sign.
The sign is under the jurisdiction of Tredyfrin Township. When shown the photo a Tredyffrin Public Works official told Patch the township is now working on replacing the sign.
