St. Monica School Prepares to Say Goodbye

The parish school in Berwyn will celebrate 96 year history this weekend.

Saint Monica School in Berwyn will close at the end of the school year but first the parish plans a celebration and farewell event for alumni, church families, current and former teachers and staff and supporters.

The event will feature a procession, mass and family night this Saturday.

To honor the 96 year legacy of Saint Monica School and to recognize the alumni, students, faculty, staff and parishioners that have supported Saint Monica School throughout its wonderful history, please join us for a commemorative Mass at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 2.

We invite all students, former students and alumni to arrive for this Mass at 4:45 p.m. so that all may be part of the opening procession.

ollowing the Mass, please stay for an evening of family fun in the Grotto. Bring your blankets and beach chairs and enjoy an evening of food, games, moon bounces, and the company of a wonderful community!Please help spread the word about this event that recognizes the history, alumni, students, faculty and staff of our school to all parishioners, school families, alumni and other friends of St. Monica School.
