TE Deals with Heavy Rainfall (Photos)

Sunday saw a record amount of rainfall for the Philly area, with over seven inches coming down on the region in four hours, according to a report from NBC 10.

Sunday wasn't the first time this summer the TE area has had to deal with heavy rainfall. Check out these pictures from earlier in the summer, taken around the Radnor and Wayne area, where heavy rainfall had an impact on people's lives.
