Tredyffrin Police Promote Eight
Four new corporals and four new detectives are sworn in.
In the final promotions of his department's restructuring, Tredyffrin Township's new police chief has promoted eight officers.
Four newly promoted corporals and four newly minted detectives were sworn in during the Tredyffrin Township Board of Supervisors meeting Monday night at the
Anothony Giaimo, who was sworn in as Tredyffrin Township's new police chief earlier this year. Since then he has worked to put a new management structure in place in the Tredyffrin Police Department.

Monday night he introduced his newly promoted officers just before they were sworn in by Magesterial District Judge Analisa Sondergaard
To the rank of Corporal (Patrol Operations)- Allen Dori, a past Officer of the Year 2008 and decorated ten year veteran  of the Agency was promoted to his present rank from the position of Patrol Officer (patrol operations). Cpl. Dori is a graduate of West Chester University, is a married father of three boys and a member of the Special Operations Team and a founding member of the North East Chester County Emergency Response Team (NECCERT) and an avid baseball coach and fan.

To the rank of Corporal (Patrol Operations)-Stephanie Bills, a decorated fourteen year veteran of the Agency was promoted to her present rank from the rank of Patrol Officer (Patrol Operations). Cpl. Bills is a certified police canine handler and past National K-9 show winner with her former K-9 partner, “Rudy”.  Bills is a member of the Special Victims Unit, investigating crimes against children,  is married to a fellow officer in East Whiteland Twp. P.D. and is the proud mother of one daughter.
To the rank of Corporal  (Patrol Operations)-Tyler Moyer is a decorated seven  year veteran of the Agency was promoted to his present rank form the rank of Patrol Officer (Traffic Division). Cpl. Moyer is married to a health care professional.  Cpl. Moyer is certified in traffic accident reconstruction and a member of the Chester County Serious Accident Reconstruction Team (SCAT) and the North East Chester County Emergency Response Team.  Cpl. Moyer is an avid tri-athlete.
To the rank of Corporal (Patrol Operations)-Donald Molineux, our current Officer of the Year, is a highly decorated ten year veteran of the Agency was promoted to his present rank from the rank of Patrol Officer (Patrol Operations). Cpl. Molineux is a married father of one and a member of the Special Operations Team and the North East Chester County Emergency Response Team (NECCERT). Molineux is an avid baseball player and fan.
To the rank of Detective (Criminal Investigative Division)-James Konieczny is a highly decorated seventeen  year veteran of the Agency was promoted to his present rank from the rank of Patrol Officer (Patrol Operations). Det. Konieczny is married to a fellow police detective from Lower Merion Twp. P.D.  Konieczny hold a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice from St. Joseph’s University where he is an Adjunct Professor. Konieczny is an avid fisherman and scuba diver.
To the rank of Detective (Criminal Investigative Division)-Robert Bostick , a decorated twelve year veteran of the Agency, was promoted from the rank of Patrol Officer (Criminal Investigative Division) where he has served for the last four years investigating crime. Bostick is son of a retired Pennsylvania State Trooper and is an avid golfer.
To the rank of Detective (Criminal Investigative Division)-Michael D. Carsello, a decorated Fourteen year veteran of the Agency was promoted to his present rank from the rank of Patrol Officer (Criminal Investigative Division. Carsello holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from West Chester University. Carsello is a narcotics expert and supervisor for the Chester County Municipal Drug Task Force. Carsello is the son of a retired Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (BATF) special agent and the married proud father of four.
To the rank of Detective (Criminal Investigative Division)-Daniel X. McFadden, a decorated twenty year veteran of the Agency was promoted to his present rank from the rank of Patrol Officer (Patrol Operations). McFadden is the son of a retired Philadelphia Police Lieutenant and the proud father of one son. Â McFadden is a certified Crime Scene Investigator, a past member of the Special Operations Team, and a past member of the North East Chester County Emergency Response Team (NECCERT). McFadden is an avid golfer and volunteers with Equine programs that benefit disabled children in Chester County.
