How wide should parking spaces be in Tredyffrin Township Parking Lots? How much space should there be between a business and a residential area? These are the questions you'll get a chance to answer for the people charged with coming up with new zoning recommendations for the township.

Tredyffrin Township will hold a public workshop from 6-9 p.m. Tuesday to get citizen input and take questions on the future of commercial zoning in the township.

The township consulting company Camiros and Econsult will answer questions about issues concerning zoning.

Zoning questions have been at the center of several recent debates, including a hotly contest and highly opposed (by local neighbors) change in the zoning code to allow for an assisted living facility to be built on the former

Zoning issues were also at the heart of the October debate over development of the Richter property in the Glennhardie. Both changes in zoming were approved as the Board of Supervisors weighed the need for new development against the backdrop of strong public opposition.
