Tredyffrin Township: April Police Log

Police arrested suspects on identity theft, forgery and druken driving.

  • Jessica Cornacchio, 37, of Paoli, is free on $15,000 bail after being charged April 1 with identity theft and related charges. Police said Cornacchio withdrew funds from a victim’s bank account without authorization.
  • Sir-Paris Hall, 31, Bronx, N.Y. is free on $20,000 bail and Devin Mejia, 32, Arvene, N.Y., is free on $10,000 bail after being charged on April 11 with identity theft and related charges. Police said the two suspects were passing counterfeit $100 bills in Wayne.
In Pennsylvania, the legal blood-alcohol content is 0.08%.

These suspects were charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or illegal drugs:

  • Michael Staples, 34, of Wayne: Combination of Amphetamines, Alprazolam, and Oxycodone.
  • Justin Mericle, 39, of Wayne: blood-alcohol 0.221% following a motor vehicle crash.
  • Jennifer Caniglia, 36, of West Chester: blood-alcohol content of 0.277% following a motor vehicle crash.
  • Kevin Packer, 66, of Wayne: blood-alcohol content of 0.22%.
  • Louise Shober, 43, of Leesport: refusing to take a blood-alcohol test after a motor vehicle crash.
