Tredyffrin Township: December Police Log
Suspects were arrested throughout December for domestic incidents, thefts, drunken driving and more.

TREDYFFRIN, PA —Police report suspects arrested for domestic incident including aggravated assault and thefts, and other crimes during December.
Arrests

- William Westhaver, 36, of West Chester is in Chester County Prison awaiting a preliminary hearing on charges of aggravated and simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and related charges following Dec. 5 a disturbance in the Wayne section of Tredyffrin Township.
- Brandon Hamilton, 33 of Philadelphia is free on nominal bail on charges of simple assault and harassment following a Dec.8 altercation at an eatery in the Wayne section of Tredyffrin Township.
- Brett Korn, 24, of Glen Mills is free on nominal bail following a Dec. 8 motor vehicle crash, from which Korn fled the scene. Korn was later found hiding nearby and arrested. His blood-alcohol content was 0.108 percent.
- Shalayea Stanley, 32, of Philadelphia is free on $5,000 bail awaiting a preliminary hearing on charges using counterfeit documents, identity theft, and related charges following a Dec. 7 during which Stanley provided the officers with fraudulent insurance information.
- Barbara Bottinelli, 69, of Malvern is free on nominal bail awaiting a preliminary hearing on charges of simple assault and harassment following a Dec. 15 domestic incident in the Malvern section of Tredyffrin Township.
- Roland Bolds, 30, of Philadelphia is free on nominal bail on charges of criminal mischief, trespass by motor vehicle, accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property and related charges after driving a vehicle onto private property, causing a large amount of damage on Dec. 2 before leaving the scene without notification to police or the property owner.
Drunken Driving Arrests
The following individuals were charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs. The legal limit to operate a motor vehicle in Pennsylvania is .08 percent.

Individuals who refuse a test may be subjected to a license suspension of 12 months, which runs consecutively with any other suspensions.
The suspension will be 18 months if the driver has a prior refusal suspension, a prior drunken driving conviction, or any similar prior offense.
