A tractor trailer brought down wires and disabled a traffic light in Devon Saturday morning.
The light at Lancaster Avenue at the entrance to the Courtyard Marriott was still disabled as of 11:15 am. Police were on the scene.
Down the road a large truck was pulled over blocking the right lane of Lancaster Avenue east-bound.
