Two Arrested in Tredyffrin Prostitution Bust
Tredyffrin Township police arrest two people after man admits to hiring a prostitute who was working in Devon.
Tredyffrin Township Police say they have arrested two suspects in connection with a prostitution investigation.
According to police, officers were called to the "commercial area" of the 700 block of Lancaster Avenue in Devon at 4 p.m. last Friday, July 13. While police did not specify where in the area the call came from, the 700 block of Lancaster Ave. is home to Acme, K-Mart and the Courtyard Hotel.
According to a police press release "patrol officers working in conjunction with criminal investigators contacted and identified a subject who admitted to using the sexual services of a prostitute after connecting with the actor through the internet." Â

The investigation led police to Jacquelyn Stahley, 24, of Portland Oregon. She was arrested on prostitution-related charges. Police also arrested Jamaal Marquice Lambert, 29, also of Portland Oregon. Lambert is charged with possesion of controlled substances and "relatedcharges to the scheme." Police say he had "a large amount of currency" in his posession when he was arrested."
The two suspects were arraigned, locked up in Chester County Prison on $15,000 cash bail each. They are scheduled for a preliminary hearing in Devon District Court Wednesday morning.
