Upper Gulph & Old Eagle School Road Work

A TE Patch reader asks 'why are they tearing up that intersection?'

A TE Patch reader emailed the editor asking what's going on at the corner or Old Eagle School and Upper Gulph Road in Tredyffrin Township.
