Warrant Arrest, Wallet Theft, Possession: Recent Police Reports

- At 12:30 a.m. Jan. 11 on Route 202 during a traffic stop, police learned that the operator had warrants for his arrest in Texas and Florida. The operator -- Keith Rodriguez, 40, of West Chester -- was taken into custody and transported to Chester County Prison to await extradition
- Around 11 a.m. Jan. 16 on the 900 block of Ivycroft Road in Wayne, the victim reported their credit card had been fraudulently used for purchases totaling more than $700. The case is under investigation.
- Around 4:15 p.m. Jan. 16 at Panera Bread in Gateway Shopping Center. The victim discovered her wallet missing after dining at Panera Bread. The wallet contained U.S. currency, identification, credit cards and debit cards. While in the process of canceling the credit cards, the victim was advised that unauthorized transactions were on the cards. The case is under investigation.
- Around 6 a.m. Jan. 22 at Wilson Park, Douglas Kinard, 50, of Warrington was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and related paraphernalia after he was contacted by police.
