Compass Inc. Opens The Philly+ The Burbs Group Real Estate Office In Upper Dublin

UPPER DUBLIN, PA — The Upper Dublin Promenade is now home to a new real estate office comprising a team of agents who recently joined forces to bring their knowledge and expertise in the local housing market to eastern Montgomery County.

Compass, Inc., which bills itself as a leading technology-enabled residential real estate brokerage, announced recently that three top Philadelphia-area real estate agents — Ashlee Check, Josh Hersz and Adam Brown — will now be heading up The Philly+ The Burbs Group, with their new office at the Promenade site off of Moreland and Dreshertown Roads in Upper Dublin Township.

Hersz and Brown said that the Upper Dublin Promenade was eyed up as the perfect location for the team's new office, since they were aware that this area was a good opportunity for real estate experts of their combined caliber.

The real estate team says it possesses decades of combined experience with close to $400 million in collective residential real estate sales under its belt.

The new team, which will also include seven additional members, will specialize in sales throughout the overall Philadelphia metropolitan region and surrounding communities.
