The grand jury findings have been turned over to Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman. Because the case was filed in Montgomery County, Ferman will decide whether or not to press charges, the Inquirer said.
This controversy is over an article published in June by the Philadelphia Daily News that implied former state prosecutor Frank Fina fumbled an investigation involving a Philadelphia civil rights leader, PoliticsPA reported.
