Fire Company Responds to Gas Line Break

Upper Dublin fire crews responded to a gas line break in the corner of H and Lincoln avenues earlier this afternoon in the Ardsley section of the township.

According to Upper Dublin Fire Marshal Tim Schuck, construction workers doing curb work in the area struck a low-pressure gas line. Schuck said any time a utility is affected, fire crews are called as a precaution.

No one was injured and PECO crews were seen leaving the area at about 3 p.m.
