Five Properties Up for Sheriff’s Sale in Upper Dublin

Hundreds of Montgomery County properties will be on the block for the monthly sheriff's sale Wednesday, March 27.


More than 440 properties are on the list for the March 27 Montgomery County Sheriff's sale, including five in Upper Dublin.

However, many of the sales are often postponed during the process of a tax sale or foreclosure, so check the list to make sure individual properties will actually go on the block March 27.

Sales start at 1 p.m. in Court Room A at the Montgomery County Courthouse, Swede and Airy streets in Norristown.

There is a minimum total bid amount that must be exceeded for each property to sell; the winning bidder must have 10 percent of the sale price at the auction, with the remaining portion due within 10 days of the sale.

The properties are not available for inspection prior to the sale. More information is available on Montgomery County's website
