Gas Continues Downward Tick
Who's selling the cheapest ... and the most expensive gas in the area?

Three of the six gas stations being tracked week-to-week by Upper Dublin Patch lowered the cost of their regular gas.
The average price for a gallon of regular at these six gas stations dipped by a nickel over last week to $3.71. Last week, the prices dropped by $0.04 — so the local prices for regular gas are comparable to the national average, according to AAA’s Daily Fuel Gauge Report. They weren’t several weeks ago.
The local average cost for a gallon of premium also dropped, but only by about 2 cents, brining it to a still-over-four-dollar $4.02. That figure is seven cents higher than the national average and ten cents higher than the Philadelphia average.

Cumberland Farms is selling the cheapest regular gas at $3.56, though Sunoco isn’t far behind at $3.57. Sunoco is the only gas station to raise its prices week-over-week, but only did so by a penny.
And cheap premium can be had at the Sunoco. It’s going for $3.89, the same as it was last week.
