Man Arrested for Suspected DUI after Twining Crash
The man was arrested following an early morning crash on Twining at Susquehanna.

Upper Dublin Police arrested a Glenside man following a weekend crash.
Michael Anthony, 27, of the 2200 block of Menlo Avenue, Glenside was arrested April 13 just before 2:30 a.m. following a crash in the corner of Twining and Susquehanna roads. According to police, Anthony said he was driving south on Twining Road when he went through a yellow light and a vehicle traveling west on Susquehanna Road hit his car. Anthony was not wearing his seatbelt, hit his head, was bleeding from his left eye, but refused to go to the hospital with EMS. He smelled of alcohol and his speech was slurred and his eyes were glassy, police said.
The driver of the other vehicle, a 31-year-old woman from Glenside, said that she had been going through a steady green light when the other driver ran a red light, entering her lane of travel, police said.

Anthony’s vehicle, a blue Ford Taurus, had expired inspection stickers and sustained heavy impact to the driver’s side area and the B-pillar had suffered heavy intrusion.
Charges are pending lab results.
