Man Lands Fourth DUI Arrest
A Dresher man was arrested on suspicion of DUI on Saturday.

Upper Dublin Police arrested Paul R. Williams on suspicion of DUI early Saturday morning after he was seen parked in a silver Kia Optima with its brake lights on while blocking a driveway, police said.
According to police, Williams was parked about three feet from the curb near the corner of Green Valley Circle and Susquehanna Road.

Williams, 48, of Green Valley Circle, smelled strongly of alcohol, and had glassy and bloodshot eyes, police said. Williams was unsteady on his feet and unable to follow field sobriety checkpoint instructions; he was arrested at about 3:15 a.m.
According to police, Williams had a DUI-suspended license, yet had a valid California license.

He was charged with DUI, driving with a suspended license, and displaying a foreign license during license suspension. According to police, Williams had been previously charged with DUI three other times.
