Montco Man Charged In Road Rage Shootings On PA Turnpike In Bucks Co.

Andre Kenney Mark Green, of Fort Washington, was arrested Friday and charged in connection with shootings on the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

FORT WASHINGTON, PA — A local man has been arrested in connection with two separate road rage shootings last month that occurred along the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

Andre Kenney Mark Green, 29, of Fort Washington, was arrested by Pennsylvania State Police troopers late last week and hit with charges relating to a March 15 shooting at a pickup truck driver in the area of the Bensalem Turnpike Interchange and a March 21 shooting at another driver's vehicle also in the Bensalem area of the highway, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.

According to troopers with the Troop M Criminal Investigation Unit in Trevose, Bucks County, Green shot at a Ford F-150 March 15 around 2:20 p.m., with officials locating two spent shell casings at the scene along Interstate 276 westbound.

Then, on March 21 just before 3 p.m., troopers were again dispatched to westbound I-276 in the vicinity of Mile Marker 347 in Bensalem Township for a reported shooting, and once on scene, authorities found two projectiles inside of that victim's Kia Forte.

Neither victim required medical attention, police stated.

Green was arraigned on Friday and charged with felony counts of aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, and firearms not to be carried without a license, along with misdemeanor counts of simple assault and recklessly endangering another person. He was also charged with various summary offenses.

Bail for Green was set at 10 percent of $850,000.
