Owner of Rosey's BBQ to Open in Former Shanachie
The Shanachie in Ambler is going to see a shake up with soul foul.
According to a report in Philly.com, the owner of Rosey's BBQ in Ambler, Chad Rosenthal, will be opening a new concept restaurant in Ambler in the former Shanachie restaurant.
"Rosenthal is mum on name and exact concept, but says it will 'have soul and a funky, hip vibe, combined with a live music venue.'"
Rosey's BBQ announced on Oct. 19 that the Ambler location on Main Street, would close until March as the restaurant moved.

On Nov. 1, Rosenthal announced on the Facebook page of the Jenkintown location of Rosey's BBQ was sold to Fat Jack's BBQ in Nov. 1 and the new owners opened the restaurant on Dec. 1.
According to the report from Philly.com, Rosenthal hopes to open the new Ambler restaurant around March 15.
