Pasta, Job Expo and Broken TVs, This Week in Upper Dublin
Check out a few events happening this week in Upper Dublin

The Upper Dublin Planning Commission will meet Tuesday at 7 p.m. (click here for the agenda); the library board will meet Wednesday at 7 p.m.; and the Upper Dublin Shade Tree Commission will meet Thursday at 3:30 p.m. All meetings will be held at the township building, 801 Loch Alsh Ave., Fort Washington.

On Tuesday, the Upper Dublin Boys Lacrosse team will host a pasta dinner and raffle fundraiser at the high school at 6 p.m. On the menu? Pasta, meatballs, salad and dessert. On Wednesday, Montgomery County Community College will host its annual Spring Job and Internship Expo at its Central Campus at 340 DeKalb Pike. More than 60 employers will be on hand. The expo will run from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Parking is available in the lot off of Cathcart Road. The event is free and open to the public.

On Sunday, April 21, the Temple Sinai Sisterhood will host a health and wellness fair from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. The free event will include massage demos, wellness lectures. Temple Sinai is located at 1401 North Limekiln Pike, Dresher.

On April 20, the township will hold an electronic recycling event from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the township building, 801 Loch Alsh Ave., Fort Washington. The township is working with Eforce Recycling. Most electronics will be accepted, except for large appliances like refrigerators and rear-projection TVs. For more information, visit www.eforcecompliance.com.
