Philly Man Arrested at DJ for Open Warrant, Police Say
Thefts and hit-and-run also under investigation.

Soliciting without a permit … Vincent T. Johnson, 25, of Hobart Street, Philadelphia; and Curtis Leroy Gilliard, 18, of Carol Boulevard, Upper Darby, were cited Feb. 1 at 4:32 p.m. after they were soliciting for Power Home Remodeling without a permit in the 200 block of Fort Washington Avenue, police said.
Theft … Someone stole a black iPhone 4 from a windowsill at LA Fitness in the 1100 block of Virginia Drive on Feb. 1 between 8 and 8:45 p.m., police said. The phone belongs to a Dresher resident.
Hit and run … Someone hit the rear bumper of a car parked in the rear lot of Upper Dublin High School between 7 and 8:30 p.m. on Jan. 31, police said.

Theft … Someone stole an iPhone 5 from a jacket belonging to a student on Feb. 1 between 7 and 8:40 p.m. at Maple Glen Elementary School, police said. The phone is valued at $600.
Theft … Someone stole a black iPhone 5 in a multi-colored plastic case from a locker at Upper Dublin High School on Jan. 31 at about 11:45 a.m., police said. The complainant notified school officials.

Warrant arrest … Police arrested Nicholas Wilder, 29, of the 3000 block of Old York Road, Philadelphia on Feb. 4 at District Court 38-1-10 after it was determined that he had a warrant out of Chester County. Police placed him in custody at 12:36 p.m. and he was transported to the Upper Dublin Police station to await pick up by the Chester County Sheriff’s Department, police said. According to court records, Wilder was arrested in July 2012 for felony theft and conspiracy; he was also arrested in May 2006 for felony forgery and conspiracy in West Whiteland Township; and arrested December 2005 for forgery in Lancaster.
